THANK YOU FOR CHOOSING VIVISOI FOR YOUR BEAUTY, AND SKINCARE PURCHASE! WE ARE A SMALL COMPANY THAT MAKES EVERYTHING IN SMALL BATCHES TO ENSURE HIGHEST QUALITY AND FRESHNESS. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ANY PRODUCTS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO HOWEVER WANT YOU TO BE 100% SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE. IF FOR ANY REASON YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS ABOUT YOUR ORDER DO NOT HESITATE TO CONTACT US! 

 

CANCELATION 

You may cancel your order if your order has not been sent to the shipping department. You will receive a notice once your order has been shipped and is in transit. Once your order is packed up whether its still in our studio or on route, you cannot cancel. For approved cancelations, refunds will be issued minus shipping costs. Shipping is non refundable.

SHIPPING

Domestic

All US orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail with a tracking number. We normally ship items within 4-7 days. Melissa makes everything by hand and if the item you ordered is out of stock it may take a few additional days to produce. We want to ensure the freshness and quality of every product that leaves our studio. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. We will do our best to communicate with the post office regarding lost packages on your behalf when possible. We are not responsible for packages mis-delivered due to wrong address being entered at checkout.

International

All orders will ship via USPS International First Class or Priority Mail. International orders typically take about 7-10 days but can take up to 3-4 weeks. Please keep this in mind before ordering. Please also be aware of any fees associated with customs as we are not responsible for those fees. Any packages returned to us because customs fees were not paid can be reshipped when they have been returned to our studio and we would kindly ask that you pay for shipping for their return. If not refunds will be issued minus any shipping fees. Shipping is non-refundable.  We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. We will do our best to communicate with the post office regarding lost packages on your behalf when possible, many times if an error occurs because of the postal carrier in your country, we cannot intervene in anyway. We are not responsible for packages mis-delivered due to wrong address being entered at checkout.
